Everplast roll out EMS-7533 extrusion line for bi-tube and tri-pipe of telecom pipe. The output could be reached 150-200 kg/hr with highly stable production. Customer could use a fixed ratio of recycle material to lower the production cost. For this purpose, we equip a gravimetric doser system for automatic dosing to avoid any manual mistake. Everplast has ability to do customized design according to different demand.
Due to the characteristic of favorable mechanical and chemical resistance properties of PE, the finished bi-tube and tri-tube would be use cover the cable and buried under the ground. The pipes are to protect optic fibre and cooper telephone cables, low voltage wires and signalling cables.
