EMS-55 LLDPE Profile Extrusion Line

Everplast has successfully installed a set of EMS-55 LLDPE Profile Extrusion Line for our new customer in Spain.

The customer has set up a new production line in Spain. With Everplast experience and know-how, we successfully tuned the machines to get a perfect shape and dimension with high production speed. Customers consider Everplast as a trustworthy partner for long-term cooperation.

Everplast EMS-55 LLDPE Profile Extrusion Line is easy to operate and clean after production. By enhancing the accuracy of temperature control and improving cooling efficiency, production quality and capacity are very stable. In addition, we provide suitable operation setting parameters based on the customer’s raw material, which help save more operation time and manpower, and also reach the expected output.
