EMS-65 LDPE Medical Profile Extrusion Line
Everplast Machinery Co.,Ltd has recently completed the installation of the LDPE medical profile extrusion machine line in Mexico. Our customer is a specialized medical products manufacturer in North Mexico. This profile is used to hold a medical tube as a stiffener. With Everplast experience and know-how, we successfully tunned the machines to get a perfect shape and dimension with high production speed. The extrusion machine line equips a EMS-65 single screw extruder with the touch panel and PLC controller that help to control temperature and tracking data easily.
The synchronization function is adapted, operators can increase or decrease output capacity easily by control the feeding speed, screw speed and haul-off speed at the same time.
The calibration tank, haul-off machine and Fly cutter are also customized those enable to get a perfect dimension which necessary for medical applications.
