After discussing with many manufacturers of reinforced hose extrusion machines, the Russian customer finally chose the most professional Everplast to cooperate with this special multi-layer PVC reinforced hose extrusion line. This time, in order to meet the customer’s requirements for high production capacity of 5-layers and 3-layers reinforced hose, Everplast used EMS-75 single-screw extruder with capacity of 40-100KG/HR and equipped with multiple co-extruders to produce 3 Layers and 5 layers of reinforced hose. The most important factor in the reinforced hose line is the yarn braiding machine, the yarn braiding machine developed by Everplast has the highest quality, the best power in the industry, the highest stability, and combined suitable yarns of various diameters and strengths, All of these features produce the strongest, transparent and bright surface with long using life of the PVC reinforced hose.
