EMD-75 PE-WPC Compounding Machine & Mixing System
Everplast has been successfully installed a set of EMD-75 PE-WPC COMPOUNDING MACHINE LINE & MIXING SYSTEM for our new customer in Qatar.
The customer has set up a new production factory in Qatar. Through technical cooperation with Japanese manufacturers, our customer use EMD-75 PE-WPC compounding machine line and a customized mixing system which developed by Everplast to produce PE-WPC granules and get a very good reputation for stable quality.
Everplast EMD-75 PE-WPC compounding machine line is easy to operate and clean after production. By enhancing the accuracy of temperature control and improving cooling efficiency, production quality and capacity is very stable. In addition, we provide a well-designed mixing system based on the customer’s raw material formula, which help save more operation time and manpower and also reach the expected output.
