Everplast Successfully Designed a PP Medical Spray Tube Extrusion Line for a New Customer in Belarus.

The Belarusian customer specifically sought out Everplast to develop this PP medical spray tube extrusion line to produce extremely precise PP medical spray tubes. By utilizing Everplast’s EMS-35 single screw extruder combined with professional mold-opening technology, the line perfectly achieved the different precise tube diameters required by the customer and high-speed production of 50 meters per minute.

The stable automatic winder, integrated with a tension controller for medical tubes, not only ensures the quality of the finished product exceeds medical-grade standards but also makes collection more convenient for the customer without affecting the tube diameter. The output and production stability are extremely high, leading to a full order book for the client.
