The plastic corner board (PE L Shape) for packing industry was developed by Everplast. The plastic edge board is widely used to cover and protect the palletized loads, carton from damage during transportation. With dual head molding, we can increase double production speed to maximize the capacity. Customer could use recycled plastic PE pellet for production that save cost. This product is eco-friendly as using recycled material and can be recycled again.
Such external corner trim or pallet angles used mostly in packing industry to provide durable edge protection and add vertical support. With strapping band or stretch wrapping, the goods could be stability to prevent surface damage. The ridges design on the surface of board also prevent it slliping from the strap that may cause dangerous.
