Everplast has successfully provided 2 production lines for a new customer in Russia, including the front-end PS foam pelletizing machine, PS foam skirting board mold, and PVC trunking production line.
In order to expand and promote more complete PS foam products and PVC accessories, the Russian customer came to Taiwan to find a manufacturer with many years of experience in manufacturing extrusion machines. After understanding the needs of customers, Everplast cooperated with customers to develop 2 production lines Help customers solve problems in the supply chain at one time. The first one is to use Everplast ’s EMS-100 single-screw extruder and a special pelletizing mold with a production capacity of 200-300KG/HR. This production line can add PS recycled materials to make PS foamed particles, then the particles can be the material to feed into the next PS foamed profile production line. We also develope 6 sets of new molds for PS foam skirting boards. The second machine line is a PVC trunking production line, we use Everplast EMD-52 twin-screw extruder, with a production capacity of 30-80KG/HR, and has also developed Multiple sets of PVC trunking finished products.
The above two production lines and their molds make the combination and application of PS foam skirting board and PVC trunking perfectly meet the needs of customers. The low-cost and economical machine and smart manufacturing process quickly and successfully help customers solve business expansion problem.
