EMS-65 PVC Reinforce Hose Extrusion Line
Our new Vietnam customer is trying to expand their business in the PVC garden hose field and trusts Everplast to build up the EMS-65 PVC reinforced hose extrusion line for their production line. Although it is their first time doing the extrusion production, the trust and support from Everplast enabled them to deliver excellent performance and operate the machine easily.
Material: Soft PVC Compound
Application: PVC Garden Hose
Feature: The new EMS-65 PVC reinforced hose extrusion line is tested well before shipment. Herewith, the customer can make the same adjustment and be capable of production very soon. Specially for the braiding machine can run up to a maximum of 500RPM with stable rotation, and the heating oven can also be up to 500℃. Both equipment are performing quite in performance.
Output: The production speed is around 5.0min to 10.0m/min
