PVC compounding is sold to Taiwan, Iran, Thailand, Russia, Vietnam, Colombia, Malaysia, etc. The mixing screw design can efficiently achieve the best performance in the melting process of PVC raw materials with different formulas. In addition, the cutting speed of the compounding die head is fast; the particle size is smooth. The design of the automatic screen changer helps the production of particle materials to be more stable and consistent in quality. Through the vibration screening machine, the cooling is screened more accurately; the suitable particle size is selected. The system weighs and packages accordingly to customer needs. The automation equipment with the automatic mixing system allow the machine line to complete production more efficiently.
