🔹 Fruit Net Extrusion Line – Live Demo (Special Featured Machine )

Everplast’s fruit net extrusion line is specially designed for agricultural packaging. Equipped with our self-developed net die and cooling system, it produces highly elastic and durable netting with consistent quality. The finished product is widely used for fresh produce preservation, export transportation, and supermarket packaging. At this exhibition, the machine will be demonstrated live and available for on-site purchase—welcome to experience the efficiency and quality firsthand!

🔹 EMS-35MM Teflon Extrusion Machine – Main Unit Display

Everplast’s EMS-35MM extrusion machine is specially designed for high-temperature and highly corrosive engineering plastics, such as PTFE, FEP, and PFA.

The machine features precision temperature control zones, specially alloy-treated screw and barrel components, and mold tooling. With Everplast’s HMI control system and precision assembly design, the machine ensures dimensional accuracy and stable extrusion performance — helping customers meet strict tolerance requirements for Teflon tube production.

Precision Medical Tube Haul-Off M/C and Fly Cutter Display

This area showcases Everplast’s precision haul-off m/c and fly cutter system, specifically designed for medical tube extrusion production.

Associated with an on-line diameter detector and length control module, the system enhances on-line quality control efficiency and enables highly accurate length cutting.

🔹 PVC Pelletizing Line Display

This section features Everplast’s high-output PVC pelletizing cutter m/c, specifically developed for both rigid, flexible PVC materials and CPVC material.

The system is equipped with specially designed die face mold and pelletizing cutter design, paired with an intuitive HMI control system. It ensures continuous and stable production with uniform pellet size and minimal dust generation.

🔹 High-Temperature Engineering Plastic 3D Printer｜EM3-3XDUAL

High-Speed Printing × Dual Heads × Designed for High-Temperature Engineering Plastics.
The EM3-3XDUAL is specially designed for High-Temperature Engineering Plastic. Equipped with dual heads and a fully enclosed heated chamber that reaches up to 150°C, it supports advanced materials such as PEEK, PEI, and PPSU.

🔹 Extrusion-Based Pellet 3D Printer｜EM3-1005-D

Compact & Precision × Award-Winning Innovation

Winner of the 2024 TaipeiPLAS Gold Award, the EM3-1005-D is compact and powerful.

Equipped with a 10mm screw extruder, it is capable of ultra-fine printing (with precision up to 0.3mm), making it ideal for low-volume, high-temperature engineering plastics like PEEK and PPS (processing temperatures above 300°C).
