Everplast will participate in TaipeiPLAS 2026, the Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show, under the theme “Industry 4.0 Smart Extrusion Solutions.” The exhibition will highlight Everplast’s latest developments in plastic extrusion, smart manufacturing, and additive manufacturing.

With “Form to Future” as its central theme, TaipeiPLAS 2026 will focus on smart manufacturing, innovative materials, and sustainable development. Everplast will showcase four key systems and production technologies:

• Large-Scale Plastic 3D Printer with Large-Diameter Screw Extrusion
  The system is equipped with a 45 mm extrusion screw and supports nozzles up to 20 mm in diameter, delivering an output of more than 40 kg/hr. It processes plastic pellets directly and supports engineering plastics, fiber-reinforced materials, and recycled materials. The machine is suitable for large molds, industrial components, building elements, landscape installations, and customized products.
• EMS-35MM PFA Fluoropolymer Extruder
  Designed for heat- and corrosion-resistant engineering plastics such as PFA, FEP, and PTFE, the EMS-35MM integrates HMI control, precision temperature control, closed-loop pressure control, process parameter recording, and abnormal condition alerts. These functions improve extrusion stability and tube diameter accuracy, making the system suitable for semiconductor, chemical, and high-purity fluid tubing applications.
• Smart Medical Tubing Extrusion Line
  The production line integrates extrusion, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul-off, laser diameter measurement, cutting, and winding. It can process PVC, PE, TPU, PP, FEP, PEEK, and other materials. Through automatic closed-loop control, SPC quality monitoring, and production history tracking, the line improves dimensional stability, product consistency, and traceability for medical tubing.
• Intelligent Online Automatic Coiling System
  The coiling system can be connected directly to a tube extrusion line and features automatic tension control, length calculation, automatic reel change, and real-time production information display. It is suitable for medical tubing, flexible hoses, and small-diameter tubes, helping reduce manual operation and improve continuous production efficiency.

Everplast continues to integrate PLC and HMI control, MES/ERP connectivity, IoT remote monitoring, production data collection, and real-time dashboards. These technologies help customers achieve production visualization, quality traceability, energy monitoring, preventive maintenance, and improved OEE.
