Everplast will participate in TaipeiPLAS 2026, the Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show, presenting its latest technological developments in plastic extrusion equipment and additive manufacturing.

Under the theme “Form to Future,” TaipeiPLAS 2026 will focus on smart manufacturing, innovative materials, and sustainable development. • Large-Format Plastic 3D Printer with Large-Diameter Screw Extrusion
  The system is equipped with a 45 mm extrusion screw and supports nozzles up to 20 mm in diameter, delivering an output of more than 40 kg/hr. It uses plastic pellets directly and supports engineering plastics, fiber-reinforced materials, and recycled materials. The machine is suitable for manufacturing large molds, industrial components, landscape installations, and customized products.
• EMS-35MM PFA Fluoropolymer Extruder
  The EMS-35MM is designed for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant engineering plastics, including PFA, FEP, and PTFE. It integrates HMI control, precision temperature control, and specially alloy-treated screws, barrels, and dies to improve extrusion stability and tube diameter accuracy. The system is suitable for chemical fluid tubing, chemical cleaning equipment, and high-cleanliness processing applications.
• Medical Tube Extrusion Line
  To meet the requirements of medical tubing for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and stable production, Everplast provides a complete solution covering extrusion, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul-off, online measurement, cutting, and winding. The line can process PVC, PE, TPU, PP, POE, EVA, FEP, PEEK, and other materials, and is suitable for infusion tubes, catheters, and various types of precision medical tubing.
• Online Automatic Winding Machine
  The online automatic winding machine on display can be integrated with a tube extrusion line and operates according to preset lengths and production speeds. It helps maintain orderly winding and consistent tension, reduces manual handling, and improves the efficiency and finished-product quality of long-term continuous production. The system is suitable for medical tubing, flexible hoses, and small-diameter tubes.
