EM3-4520-C

The EM3-4520-C is a Large-Scale pellet extrusion 3D printer developed for industrial manufacturing. Equipped with a 45 mm extrusion screw, a nozzle of up to 20 mm, and an extrusion capacity exceeding 35 kg/hr, it provides a maximum build volume of 2000 × 1000 × 1200 mm. The machine directly processes plastic pellets and composite materials, making it suitable for large molds, industrial prototypes, automotive parts, UAV structures, furniture, and landscape installations.

APPLICATION

This bar was produced using large-format pellet extrusion 3D printing. Multiple colors transition naturally across the curved surface, creating a gradient from cool to warm tones. As the form rises, bends, and changes direction, the colors produce varying highlights and visual depth, giving the large structure a vivid and fluid appearance.

The continuous printed layers follow the changing curvature of the bar, creating different line directions and spacing across convex, concave, and transitional areas. These visible layer patterns not only reveal the 3D printing process but also become part of the surface design, combining color, curves, and texture into a distinctive three-dimensional form.
