EMD-110 CPVC Compounding Line
We successfully completed the installation and commissioning of an EMD-110 CPVC pelletizing production line at our client’s facility in Thailand. This line was specifically designed to process CPVC materials, which require high-temperature and high-torque operation, delivering stable and high-quality pellet output. Since its installation and launch, the production line has demonstrated excellent stability and efficiency. The client reported significant improvements in production yield and product consistency, with smooth output and reduced material loss. The EMD-110 has become a key asset in the client’s CPVC production operations.
