PVC MIXING AND COMPOUNDING SYSTEM
Everplast previously supplied a PVC mixing and compounding system to our Vietnamese customer 12 years ago. Impressed by its user-friendly operation, easy maintenance, and low failure rate, the customer chose Everplast again for their recent expansion.
This new 300/600 mixing system is directly connected to the compounding system, eliminating the need for re-heating and saving valuable energy. It delivers a production capacity of 250 kg/hr, significantly boosting the customer’s factory output.
While keeping most of the specifications identical to the first system to ensure that existing staff could quickly adapt to the new production line, we also introduced key technical improvements. These include a movable cutting device for easier screw cleaning and a four-language interface to accommodate operators of different nationalities.
