HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line

This customer is a new client based in Taiwan. In the past, this type of tubing was sourced externally. However, driven by recent demands for cost reduction and risk diversification, the customer decided to invest in our equipment and begin in-house production of these finished products.

Although the customer had no prior experience in plastic extrusion, through our technical training and knowledge sharing, the production line is now able to stably deliver the required output volume while continuously creating greater value for the customer.

Material: HDPE Pipe (Small Diameter)

Application: Packaging Sleeves for Bearings

Key Features: Stable extruder operation combined with precision die design and controlled cooling and forming, together with an accurate flying cutter system, eliminates the need for secondary processing on the customer’s side.

Output: Production speed of approximately 4~6M/min.
