Everplast successfully installed a EMD-75 twin-screw PVC water stop extrusion line for our new customer in Saudi Arabia.
The customer specializes in various plastic extrusion products related to the construction industry, this twin-screw extruder production line can provide a high capacity of 250-250 KGS/HR.
Water Stops are mainly used in concrete structures or various structural projects that require water retention, to provide internal waterproofing for these structures, because the material is PVC, its own material is soft and elastic, easy to cut, the material is cheap, main application It is widely used in various public constructions such as bridges, reservoirs, people’s livelihood infrastructure such as residential building structures, industrial construction such as chemical plants, wastewater treatment plants…etc.
The PVC Water Stop extrusion production line developed by Everplast is not only easy to operate, but also has excellent performance and output. The special design of the die head can also meet the customer’s requirements for different sizes in the future, with high stability.
